About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at GRD CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Co-ordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to achieve project goals.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Materials Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed to support project activities.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to complete projects successfully.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate to various locations to support project needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
