We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of people across Canada.

**The Role**
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, driving revenue growth, and connecting Canadians to our member charities. You will focus on private clients, requiring innovation, customization, and conflict resolution skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Foster strong relationships with assigned clients, providing excellent customer service and supporting their fundraising goals.
• Engage accounts, members, and volunteers in our cause, promoting workplace giving campaigns and maximizing resources.
• Manage successful fundraising campaigns, generating comprehensive reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to improve campaign profitability.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify, prospect, solicit, and secure new clients.
**Requirements**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:
• Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets.
• Experience in fundraising, preferably in the charitable sector.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and individuals.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
