Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Twisters Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Team Leadership: Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and development opportunities, and lead a team of 3-4 people to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $0 - $100,000.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register, point of sale system.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
- Work Term: Permanent.
