Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Twisters Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including cash handling and balance sheets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize food and supply costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our food and supplies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems, including electronic cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
