Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Twisters Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management
- Manage cash handling and reconcile cash reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular financial reviews to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and address any issues.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our restaurant.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management
- Oversee the ordering and inventory management of food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce waste and minimize inventory costs.
- Marketing and Promotion
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct regular health and safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will also be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
