  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our food and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
  • Plan, organize, and direct daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems, including electronic cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
