Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Twisters Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage cash handling and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Cost control and inventory management to optimize profitability.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for our food and supplies.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, and control daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure seamless operations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Urban area work setting.
- Budgetary responsibility of $0 - $100,000.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
