Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Twisters Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best possible deals.
- Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Budgetary Responsibility: $0 - $100,000.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Electronic cash register and point of sale system.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Free Parking: Available on site.
