The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our network, software, and equipment, resolving technical issues, and providing general IT support and assistance. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and troubleshoot IT hardware and software

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support in a corporate environment

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • A solid understanding of basic IT concepts, including troubleshooting, network management, and security principles
