Community Youth Development Specialist

This role is part of our youth team, working with us to support young people and encourage them to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will have experience working with youth aged 10-24 and be able to build strong relationships with young people, parents, and community partners.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively with diverse groups, and have a passion for youth development. They will also be comfortable using social media platforms to promote our programs and services.

In this role, you will work closely with our youth team to develop and implement programs that support the well-being of young people in our community. You will also be responsible for building partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and government agencies to ensure that our programs are responsive to the needs of our community.

The salary for this position is $22.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including extended health and dental coverage, three weeks paid vacation, and flexible hours.
