Psychiatric Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic as a Mental Health Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional psychiatric nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and coordinate patient care and discharge.
- Lead the healthcare team and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Recent psychiatric nursing experience required.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.
- Current CRNM/CRPN registration required.
- Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Registered Nurses of Manitoba, is preferred.
- Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA)/Registered Psychiatric Nurses Act.
- Leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
