Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and wastage is minimized.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet high quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and visitors.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, maintaining accurate records and providing insights for business improvement.
