Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled High-Rise Construction Estimator to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited.
Company Overview
Our client is a major construction group with multiple arms, including Civil construction, Shoring, Formwork Excavation, Demolition, and residential high-rise construction operating across Canada.
Salary and Benefits
A competitive salary of up to $140,000 (dependent upon experience) plus bonus, health/dental benefits, and matched RRSP/Pension.
Job Description
This role involves performing full tender processes from invitation to submission, conducting quantity take-offs and cost estimations, reviewing scope and completing bid forms, and communicating and negotiating with suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of construction experience, 4+ years of estimation experience, and experience in high-rise formwork estimating. The successful candidate will be based in either the GTA or Greater Ottawa Metropolitan Area.
