Job Summary

FJV Enterprise Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our veterinary clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage incoming mail and other materials, and maintain a secure filing system
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, and prepare medical reports and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a veterinary clinic or similar setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
