Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our Food and Beverage team at CB Canada. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Greet guests by name, escort them to their table, present menus, and inform them of daily specials.
  • Order Taking: Take orders, make recommendations, and ensure guests' needs are met.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages, check for satisfaction, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Table Maintenance: Clean tables, remove dishes, and re-stock as needed.
  • Communication: Liaise with operational departments, develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of serving experience with excellent communication skills
  • Skills: POS experience, ability to obtain a Gaming License, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
