Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading a team of staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and coach staff performance to meet high standards.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Lead and instruct staff to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
