We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at NUMBER 8 RESTAURANTS INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to enhance profitability, develop and implement cost-saving measures, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and improve daily operations, monitor revenues and labor costs, and implement operational procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 employees, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that our staff is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and manage inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Marketing and Customer Service: Participate in marketing plans and strategies, provide excellent customer service, and manage events to drive sales and customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
