About ROWDY'S BIRD RESTAURANT

We are a fast-paced restaurant chain seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations and Administration
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Team Management
    • Establish work schedules
    • Supervise 3-4 people, 5-10 people, or more
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
