Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 14706650 Canada Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective food, ingredient, and supply purchases.
Operational EfficiencyEvaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Menu Planning and PricingCollaborate with the culinary team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices in line with the restaurant's budget and operational goals.
Staff ManagementMonitor and improve staff performance, set schedules, and provide training to ensure excellent customer service.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
Health and SafetyEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Marketing and EventsParticipate in marketing plans and implement operational procedures to drive sales and revenue growth.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
ExperienceA minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
