Director of Operations

Venor is proud to partner with Natural Forces Solar, a dynamic engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company in the renewable energy sector, in their search for a Director of Operations to join their growing team.

The Director of Operations will oversee all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of solar projects. This role requires a strong background in operations management, within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Project Support: Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in the renewable energy or construction industry.
  • Strong teamwork skills, particularly in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
