About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and drive a customer-focused culture throughout your team, deepening client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales and service targets
  • Build and strengthen existing and new customer relationships through financial advice and customer service
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve individual and team goals
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and service leadership, with a track record of success in driving business growth
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making
  • Relevant certifications and licenses, such as CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning
