Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at the Royal Bank of Canada. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in growing our business by providing exceptional and efficient service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional servicing of incoming client contacts, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support Investment Advisors in general administrative duties, such as managing client accounts and preparing client reviews.
  • Request information and documentation from clients to open accounts and keep client files up to date.
  • Follow up on client trades to ensure proper settlement and delivery.
  • Monitor pending transfers to ensure timely completion.
Requirements
  • Related experience in customer service and a professional setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Progressive in pursuing education, building skills, and professional experience.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education (college or university).
  • CSC, CPH (in progress or completion within one year).
  • Relevant experience in the financial sector and knowledge of daily market development.
  • Enthusiastic, committed, and entrepreneurial spirit.
