About the Role
We're seeking a confident and people-oriented Salon Manager who can multi-task and keep things running smoothly in our busy salon environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading by Example: You'll be a role model for our beauty consultants, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a passion for the industry.
- Driving Sales: You'll analyze and improve our sales processes, ensuring we're meeting our targets and exceeding guest expectations.
- Managing Operations: You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including inventory management, product ordering, and pricing.
- Coaching and Development: You'll work closely with our beauty consultants to develop their skills and knowledge, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Guest Experience: You'll ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
- Team Management: You'll lead and motivate our team, ensuring we're working together to achieve our goals.
- Financial Management: You'll be responsible for managing the salon's budget, including payroll, scheduling, and cost of goods management.
