  • Coordinate with other Regional Directors, Client Solutions, and the leadership team to integrate relevant technical knowledge into coaching and sales management activities.
  • Prepare and manage a regional profit plan that aligns to the broader Client Solutions annual profit planning exercise.
  • Recruit and onboard new specialists, ensuring they have the necessary support and training.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate University Degree
  • Over 15 years of experience in the financial services and/or wealth management industry
  • Industry accreditations (CSC, CFP, PFP, CLU, Insurance license) are an asset

Language Requirements

Pursuant to a language needs assessment conducted by Scotiabank, the successful candidate will be required to be able to communicate in English and French as they will be working closely with other groups from head office who operate primarily in English and serving English-speaking clientele.
