Your key responsibilities:

  • Support wealth management advisors in enhancing their practices through efficient operations and exceptional client experiences.
  • Design and deliver customized coaching programs focusing on client engagement, practice optimization, and business growth.
  • Inspire and influence professionals through dynamic training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
  • Identify tailored strategies to address the unique needs of advisors.
  • Contribute to the development and tracking of performance metrics related to coaching and training.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and incorporate them into development initiatives.

About your team:

The Business Best Practices team within National Bank Financial - Wealth Management comprises dedicated experts committed to supporting advisors in their growth. You'll be part of an agile, collaborative team reporting to the Vice-President, Development and Client Experience. The team environment emphasizes mutual support and a commitment to excellence.

Key requirements:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree and have 7-10 years of experience in wealth management.
  • Have completed the CSC or an equivalent recognized course.
  • Understand the day-to-day challenges of wealth management advisors.
  • Be available to travel across Canada.
  • Demonstrate business coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and influence professionals.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable delivering group presentations.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to assess and adapt coaching strategies.
  • Skill in communicating clearly and inspirationally.

About the compensation package:

This role comes with a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus a wide range of flexible benefits to support your wellbeing and that of your family.
