Your Key Responsibilities:- Support investment advisors in providing superior customer service and meet client requests.
- Carry out routine operations related to financial transactions, including purchases and sales of securities, transaction adjustments, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions.
- Analyze, open, and update client files, produce portfolio management reports, and ensure compliance and risk management rules are adhered to.
- Manage client agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare client meetings.
National Bank Financial – Wealth Management is the fifth largest investment brokerage firm in Canada, with close to 1,000 investment advisors managing the assets of over 400,000 clients across about 100 branches. You will team up with a wealth advisor to offer an exceptional client experience, collaborating and partnering to achieve success.
What We Offer:- A competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.

- Completed college or university diploma in a related field.
- Two years of relevant experience in the banking, insurance, and/or financial industry.
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent customer service skills.
