About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients and supplies to maintain our culinary standards
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our culinary expertise
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and achieving high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
