Hudson, a leading travel retailer, is seeking a skilled Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling high-end merchandise in our boutique stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and store management to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Know the store layout to assist customers in selecting products and answer questions about the entire store.
  • Effectively operate a cash register and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Protect company assets, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving freight, loading and unloading trucks, and performing related tasks.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
  • 2 years of retail experience, preferably with luxury brands.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register.
  • Excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to lift 40-60 pounds and work in an environment exposed to the elements.
