About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to lead our expansion in North America's motive applications market.

The successful candidate will drive business growth through compelling sales, strategic partnerships, and innovative solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy that balances financial success with customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing ones.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide market-based input for product development and promotional strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, combined with 3-5 years of experience in business development within the automotive field or related industry.
  • Experience with batteries or battery chargers, including lead acid and lithium systems, or related products.
  • Proven track record of executing partnership agreements that generate revenue and margin opportunities.
What We Offer

An attractive compensation package, estimated at $97,500 - $110,000 On Target Earnings (OTE), depending on experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills. Additional benefits include:
