Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area and exchange foreign currency.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Provide customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
