As a key member of our support staff, you will provide administrative assistance to our schools and district sites, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical support to our schools and district sites, including record keeping, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining files, and performing other duties as required.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff, students, and the public.
- Stay up-to-date with office procedures and software applications, including web browsers, word processing, spreadsheet, email, and database applications.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Office Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
