Salary: The estimated salary for this role is between $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. This is a challenging opportunity for a strategic thinker who can develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters, as well as developing and implementing policies and procedures to support our Total Rewards strategy. You will work closely with our leadership team to design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain and reward top talent.
This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. If you are a seasoned HR professional with a passion for compensation and benefits, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in the public sector
- Proven track record of designing and implementing effective compensation and benefits programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings to stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation preferred
