Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement executive and employee compensation strategies that drive business results and foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and administer compensation programs that align with our company's vision and values.
- Provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and HR colleagues on all matters related to compensation.
- Manage and maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and track key performance indicators to inform compensation decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years at the managerial level.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Long-term equity plan administration experience.
- Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors is an asset.
