The Opportunity:

We're seeking a highly skilled Compensation Manager to join our team at Maple Leaf Foods. As a key member of our Total Rewards department, you'll play a critical role in shaping our organization's compensation and recognition landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement executive and employee compensation strategies that drive business results and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and administer compensation programs that align with our company's vision and values.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and HR colleagues on all matters related to compensation.
  • Manage and maintain accurate compensation data in HRIS and other tools, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to inform compensation decisions and drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years at the managerial level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Long-term equity plan administration experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors is an asset.
