Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet customer demand and business needs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
  • Develop and manage inventory estimates and control systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of food service staff.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food and service meet our high standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
