About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team at MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing therapy and counselling services to individuals and groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based therapy to clients with a range of mental health concerns
  • Counsel individuals and groups to achieve personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment
  • Apply psychological theory and principles to inform your practice
  • Develop and implement intervention programs to meet client needs
  • Deliver presentations and workshops to promote mental health awareness
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals
Requirements
  • College diploma or degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Behavioural Therapist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
