**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our site operations and ensure the successful completion of our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all site personnel and subcontractors, interfacing with consultants, owners, and governing authorities, and establishing a profitable project in accordance with the construction contract.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals and objectives
* Interface with consultants, owners, and governing authorities to ensure project compliance
* Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Manage project risks and ensure timely completion
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Superintendent or similar role
* Strong understanding of construction methods, processes, and regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software
