Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Construction Division, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering high-quality construction projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain a fleet of company vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Valid G Class Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
