Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at OSR Manage. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation and sales, with a strong ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. You will be responsible for prospecting potential new clients, developing and maintaining business relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the IT services sector
- Develop and maintain business relationships with key decision-makers
- Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and sales activities
- Maintain accurate records of business intelligence and key influencers
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business-to-business sales or lead generation
- Proven ability to reach and secure meetings with key decision-makers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Compensation:
Base salary of CA $44,000 plus bonus/commission (OTE $50-55,000 in year one)
