Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Empire Truck Repair & Sales Inc.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Establish priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including preparing reports and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release, in accordance with government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
This is a permanent position working 30-35 hours per week. The salary range for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
