Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Manager to lead our efforts in developing culturally responsive healing initiatives at the Jackson Lake Healing Camp. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities.

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
This role will be responsible for developing and implementing culturally relevant land-based healing programs that meet the needs of our community. The successful candidate will have experience working with First Nations communities and a deep understanding of their cultures, traditions, and spiritual practices.
- Develop and implement culturally responsive healing initiatives
- Work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders
- Supervise staff and provide guidance and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Travel to community events and meetings as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in a related field (business administration, healthcare, social services, etc.)
- Experience working in a healthcare or cultural wellness environment
- Proven experience working with First Nations communities and a deep understanding of their cultures and traditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
