Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This compensation package reflects the skills and expertise required for this role.

Job Description: As a seasoned Carpenter Team Lead with Northern Sustainable Developments Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled tradespeople and ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. Your primary duties will include:

**Project Management:**
• Coordinating work schedules and tasks to meet project deadlines
• Supervising and guiding junior carpenters to ensure quality workmanship
• Conducting site inspections to identify potential issues and implement solutions

**Safety and Compliance:**
• Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Maintaining accurate records of certifications, training, and equipment usage
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve any compliance-related concerns

**Technical Expertise:**
• Demonstrating advanced knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools
• Troubleshooting complex problems and implementing efficient solutions
