Job Description

Northern Sustainable Developments ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and ensure they have the necessary tools and equipment to complete their tasks efficiently
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure that all personnel follow proper procedures to minimize risks
  • Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement to meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications or training in construction management an asset
Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including dental plan, health care plan, and vision care benefits.
