Lead Carpenter

Northern Sustainable Developments ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in carpentry and a passion for sustainable development.

We are looking for a qualified Lead Carpenter who can lead a team of skilled tradespeople and oversee the construction of our projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.

• To lead a team of skilled tradespeople and oversee the construction of our projects from start to finish.
• To ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
• To develop and implement plans to meet project timelines and deadlines.
• To manage and maintain accurate records and reports related to project progress and performance.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a journeyman/woman carpenter.
• A valid Registered Apprenticeship certificate and relevant trade certification.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing a team of skilled tradespeople.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work at heights, confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments.

• An estimated salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience.
