**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Jackson Lake Healing Camp. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing detailed plans to transition Jackson Lake Healing Camp into a year-round operating facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Collaborate with the KDFN team to establish strategic planning for infrastructure needs, budgetary requirements, staffing needs, communication strategies, and administrative coordination;
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality results;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community members, partners, and government agencies;

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, social services, health sciences, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a healthcare or cultural wellness environment, preferably with land-based programming;
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing budgets and resource allocations;
  • Knowledge of Kwanlin Dün First Nation governance structure, community, heritage, and culture;
  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License and personal transportation;
  • First Aid and CPR level C certification, or willingness to obtain within three months of hire;
  • Food Safe Level 1 certification;
  • Ability to work occasional irregular hours, including evenings and weekends;
  • Acceptable criminal records check with vulnerable sector search before commencement of employment;

**Location:**

**Salary Range:**

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
