Customer Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and manage queues with expertise
- Work with customer experience agents to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure escalations and complaints are addressed promptly
- Train and coach the customer experience team on the use of up-to-date technology
- Motivate and support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain strong communication lines with the team and throughout the organization
- Champion and maintain strong customer service standards
