About the Role:

On Side Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls and manage queues with expertise
  • Work with customer experience agents to foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure escalations and complaints are addressed promptly
  • Train and coach the customer experience team on the use of up-to-date technology
  • Motivate and support the team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain strong communication lines with the team and throughout the organization
  • Champion and maintain strong customer service standards
