About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at COMFY SPA LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work to ensure our facilities are always in good working order.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Provide technical guidance and support to staff, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, and provide training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Newcomer and Refugee Support: Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, organizations, and businesses to support the integration of newcomers and refugees.
  • Indigenous Community Support: Foster strong relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations to promote mutual understanding and respect.

Work Environment
