Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Third Power Training. This individual will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and plan daily operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts and answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Answer electronic enquiries and compile data, statistics, and other information

Computer and Technology Skills

  • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience with database software, information technology, Oracle, social media, accounting software, MS Access, MS Office, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility, judgement, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
