Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records for various fund entities.
- Prepare and review supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations.
- Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare management, annual, and incentive fee calculations.
- Prepare various client correspondences.
- Participate in special projects as requested.
- Experience leading verbal and written communications in English at senior levels with internal and external clients.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
