We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Support Associate to join our team at BTA. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities, preparing supporting work papers for financial statements, and reviewing and/or preparing capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records for various fund entities.
  2. Prepare and review supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations.
  3. Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations.
  4. Prepare management, annual, and incentive fee calculations.
  5. Prepare various client correspondences.
  6. Participate in special projects as requested.
Requirements
  1. Experience leading verbal and written communications in English at senior levels with internal and external clients.
  2. Excellent administrative and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multi-task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.
