We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at WTGR Real Estate. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our top-producing Realtors and helping to grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. You will be proficient in a variety of computer programs, including Microsoft Office, and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to our Realtors, including calendar management, email management, and data entry
  • Assisting with marketing preparation, including creating and scheduling social media posts and email campaigns
  • Coordinating buyer tours and showings, including communicating with clients and Realtors
  • Managing CRM data and performing data entry tasks
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed, including errands and event planning

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 annually + bonus structure DOE
