About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Employee Voice practice at National Bank. As a leader in this field, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to a team of experts who design and implement employee voice strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 2 senior employee voice experts in planning, executing, and analyzing research initiatives using surveys and other methodologies
  • Collaborating with business sectors and centers of expertise to understand business objectives and provide strategic advice on research design and methodology
  • Working with external vendors to ensure execution of preferred strategies
  • Designing measurement tools adapted to business objectives and administering them in accordance with ethical standards
  • Writing clear and concise reports presenting key findings, trends, variances, and correlations
  • Formulating concrete recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational performance
  • Monitoring implementation of improvement actions and evaluating their impact
About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team of approximately twenty employee analytics specialists and report to the Senior Director of Analytics Strategy, Voice, and Employee Data. Our team is dedicated to innovation in employee analytics and influencing decisions that drive our employee experience.
